YOS Booking and Cancellation Policy
Full Payment Requirement. All hires must be paid in full at least 2 weeks prior to the booking date.
Please note: whilst we will reserve your booking, it is not fully secured until full payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the booking date are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 2 weeks in advance are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking fee.
Meeting/Training Room Bookings
A 50% non-refundable upfront payment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the booking date.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Bookings
YOS reserves the right to cancel or refuse a booking at our discretion, including (but not limited to) situations where terms and conditions are not met, or if the nature of the booking is deemed inappropriate for our space.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued unless otherwise specified.
Important Note
We are a small business and therefore cannot withstand late cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and support.
